Rosanna (Rosie) is the Senior Program Director of the Single Stop programs at the Prince Joshua Avitto Community Center, overseeing our DYCD funded NDA-Healthy Families Program, Comprehensive Services for Immigrant Families program (CSIF), and two Single Stop sites funded by the Robin Hood Foundation.
Shari Bailey

Shari Bailey has been working with Good Shepherd Services for over 10 years. She has a BA in Communication from Temple University and a MA in Organizational Communication from DePaul University. Rebound is a career readiness program with a basketball flare serving young adults ages 17-24. She lives by Frederick Douglass' quote "No Struggle, No Progress"
